Man arrested after cannabis grow found |

A man has been arrested after a cannabis grow was found in Tamworth. On Tuesday 18 November, officers were called to a property off Watling Street following reports that the electricity had been bypassed. Officers attended the scene and found approximately 43 cannabis plants. Following an investigation, a 27-year-old man, from Tamworth, was arrested yesterday (Tuesday 20 January) on suspicion of producing a controlled drug of class B – cannabis, criminal damage to property valued under £5,000 and abstracting / using without authority electricity.
